Death, taxes and the Ravens not going to the Super Bowl with Lamar Jackson at QB. I wish we had my original thread somewhere.

It’s not a *narrative*!

He goes from one of the greatest QBs ever by any metric (win %, passer rating, TD-INT ratio, rushing, etc) to a guy who…

•Has as turnovers as touchdowns.
•Has never had back to back good games.
•Has had his worst or 2nd worst game of the season *every year in the playoffs*
*Has never won a playoff game when his defense allows more than 14 points.

That’s not narrative! It’s simply his history!

Greatness is consistency.

Lamar made some good plays but also some awful ones, and in this league in the playoffs that's just enough to cost your team the game.

As flashy as he looks at times, he's not patient and disciplined enough, something his 3-5 playoff record reflects.

As soon as the Bills started to have moderate success against Henry, the Ravens were cooked because winning with Lamar through the air has never been a formula for success.

If you look at that last 2pt pass from Lamar to Andrew's a little closer, that wasn't exactly a perfect pass from Lamar. From that distance, the pass could've led Andrew's better and probably higher in the strike zone.
Not saying Andrew's shouldn't have caught it though
