I saw someone mentioned covers, couldnt find any railbird posts over there.

This time of night, these teams like lbsu, cal ridge playing, his analysis is much needed.

I have never much liked the religious nuttiness, the california bias, and alot of his flaky west coast views, but the guy is a one of the most knowledgeable posters I have ever seen on west coast sports and sports in general .anincredible aseet to this forum. He knows these leagues like no other.where the hell is waldo????

When you get along in years like Railbird you begin to slow down a little (take more naps, time-off, sabaticals , etc.).

If you read between old "Rails" lines these days, his pace is definately slower but.... consistant.

"Rail" knows the subtlties of sports betting. I've been following him in this forum for almost three years; he has insight and perception when when it comes to handicapping, especially "events" that take place west of the Rockies.
He knows his sports. Read his comments carefully.

Gambling/sports betting is serious business when you're wagering "real" dollars; with that said, keep it light hearted and plug in a little humor now and then; Rail can take it. Anyone using that avatar needs to.

For those that may be interested, Railbird's previous Avatar was former Gov. Brown of California.

Railbird attends a lot of games that he handicaps; this gives a sports bettor a real feel for what is going on.

I also beleive he, just plain, likes sports.

Don't cut "Railbird" short; he's been around a long time.

Who cares how long hes been around? I'll admit I followed railbird a while back but then I realized hes just a homer who has no clue. I mean the guy went all in last year on ucla, lol.

Old Railbird might have taken a leave of absence; he usually shows up around 6:A.M (pacific time). Not the last two days hower.

I hope he is okay.
