doug is right about the uk.the betters, no excuse me the investors treat gambling like an investment .they have ladbrocks,william hill and betfair to name a few.our government will never treat gambling here like the people in the uk are treated.people in the usa treat it like a cancer.my sisters frind is from the uk and she lives with my sister in the small town of north carolina,she said it took about a month to get adjusted to our time zone.i love the uk but it could because iam liberal.

With the exception of a few early games here and there, weekday games start at about 7pm est and the last game is usually 10:30pm est (except for UH games) and those end about 1:00am est......so the window in Hawaii for games is usually 2pm - 8pm here......
I can't imagine a weekday set of games to go from midnight - 6am! I would have to be GD or iceman to afford those kind of hours.
Anybody ever use a mail forwarding service in the UK or anywhere like that to get a legal address in the UK if you're stuck in the USA but want to sign up at BetFair, Pinny, and all the others?

try to focus in on ease of obtaining residency and eventually getting a passport.
i know neteller changed some policies on nov 1 07 and even tho someone might live outside the us, if they cant prove residency their account has been closed.
its also not a bad idea to obtain dual citizenship as who the heck knows where the world is heading.
then there is the issue of the us dollar. try to find a country that is closely pegged so you dont get too fucked or start opening account in different currencies but trying to guess when the dollar will rebound is beyond my capacity.
lastly try to find a climate you can adjust too. its easy to say im moving somewhere but i know people who find certain climates unbearable in the summer even tho they have access to a nice beach all the time.
