Offshore or in the states doesn't matter, what does matter is a great software program, same as track payouts, up to posttime betting, a weekly rebate on total action. Not asking for much am I. Anyway any recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

Be very, very careful with playing tris/supers/pick3s and other exotics offshore, unless you're strictly playing Favs...most books will cap payoffs at 500-1...

I use youbet.com and xpressbet.com for exotics, and offshores for my wps and exactas...

Caribsports has the best program right now.

Cover most tracks, and offer 5% rebate on handle, paid weekly.

Unless you're going to do bigtime volume it is very tough to beat this deal.

If using an Offshore site, be sure to check the max odds on WPS payouts, too. Most books cap the odds on these. Olympic, for example, caps win odds at 20-1, place odds at 8-1, and show odds at 4-1. WSEX, Gameday, and Cybersportsbook are exceptions--they do not cap WPS odds.
