Where is BETCRIS located? (OPINIONS ON BETCRIS NEEDED)

Title says most of it, Where is BetCRIS located? Are they a solid website? I just deposited because of their debit card reviews. After calling there customer service (2x) which says alot if the first guy doesn't answer my questions.......I've come to the conclusion that most of their customer service are American and rude..is this true? Just wondering because I'm considering on "hedging " my huge bet tonight (not technically but my logic) on the Yankees with another on the Yankees tomorrow with betcris and suddenly having second thoughts...................

I can not speak to their customer service and whether Americans are rude, but you'll have no problem getting paid by Cris.

O.K, getting paid is what I was mainly getting at.....being rude or not is just their problem because people who don't trust opinons at the rx like me may look at that as a negative and no longer deposit....

My main concern was if they were american if the new bill would be affecting my gaming at all because they might have more US connections etc etc etc.............i've deposited at over 10 books and these two guys represented their company in the manner of a spoiled 13 year old who didn't want my $1000's of dollars....

They do pay fast and I feel as though they are on firm ground financially.

Same here Presto. The CS guy actually hung up on me after refusing to give me his name. When I called back to talk to the manager she said she didn't know who it was without knowing his name.

Anytime I need to contact them I will do it throught the chat feature on the web site so I have a name.

I play with betcris and have the last two years...for a full juice book, they're one of the best (along with betjamaica and legendz)...

They went to Dominican Reb early in the offshore scene and set up and stiffed all then Became Cris once Offshore got big and squares and big cash went there once internet was something. Google Dial-a-bet. I know everyone gets paid now but its personal and principal for me.
