It reminded me of the mile high miracle because if the DBs would have just not let their man get behind them and tackle them in bounds the game would be over. I think that makes it even more of a miracle than a Hail Mary because the odds of a receiver running 50 yards with it after the catch have got to be even slimmer than a Hail Mary in the end zone. We have seen Hail Marys before, and they are rare, but we rarely see walk off or game timing TDs at the end of regulation where the ball carrier is running 50+ yards. I have no idea what that DB was thinking. Just make a simple tackle in bounds and the game is over.
