Where do the funds on the Neteller Debit Card come from?

In theory, but as of yesterday I was able to use it no problem.

The FEDS have not frozen anything!!!

Some banks have CHOSEN not to process EFTs anymore (Not your recipient bank, but the banks NEteller used to send them most likely)

the debit card I had before I cut it up had OMNI bank on the bottom back of it ...not sure if that is the issuing bank but the neteller debitcard is a stored value card you can see your acct also at http://www.fsvpaymentsystems.com/ cardholder access at the bottom of the page it has all your info there to
