im in jeresy.. i use 5 dimes.. i make my deposits with a bank of america debit card using moneygram.com , never had an issue, deposit usually posts on my account within 10-20 minutes

You can go to "rate off-shore sports books" and they post what country takes what kind of card, etc., or you can google, predictem sports and go to sports book ratings.
