I guess the so called compasionate Republicans have swept them under the carpet. What a joke this Republican convention has been. Although, they, the Republicans, have come out in there platform to stop a womens right to choose and to promote a Amendment to the US Constitution on prohibiting gays to join in a partnership, they NEVER talk about it in any of these speeches. Hmmmmmm, I wonder why.

Things are looking up and you are looking back.

Wow! It sure will be interesting to see all of the crazy things these democrats will come up with as their ship takes on more water. Without the war on terror, we would not have to worry about the economy, as we would all be dead.
Too many people here in the USA have come from so little and went on to lead great lives with plenty, this does not seem to happen elsewhere as much. If you think the economy is so bad, then get off your ass and get to work, and things will get better. Stop thinking that the whole world is out to get you and that you can never catch a break. Also stop thinking that you can't get anywhere unless laws are passed and other people are taxed and forced to help you, they have their own worries and concerns and may help you of their own free will, but even this will never truly lead you to any success. The saying goes "New York, New York, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere." I want to adjust that to "America, if you can't make it here, you can't make it anywhere.
