Those are people with usually close to 10 years experience or more. Only way you get into a joint like those is to be the best of the best and it takes years of experience and a certain personality. Dealers at places halfway up the charts, lets say a Flamingo for an example, probably make closer to 50k. Places at the bottom, the break in joints like the Golden Gate probably net a dealer closer to 20k.

I've always wondered what the take was on the dealer shcools. Lots of people take the class and never get the big bucks. Over and over they grind out these dealers. I shudder to think what dealers make at Silver Nugget, etc. There are some real holes away from strip.
