a few considerations here
a) Kruser said he lied about the last 4 digits, there are places that only ask for the last 4 digits, I don't see why anyone would not want to do that, the reason why some books ask for that is because there are verification services that with the name, address and last 4 digits are able to come up with 2 or 3 additional questions regarding where you have lived etc that ultimately allow the book/casino etc to verify the identity of the person
b) if a book/casino asks me for something and I dont want to answer the obvious solution is NOT to play there, if you lie you might be accused of trying to defraud the casino etc and then you are in for not getting paid, some companies are just looking for an excuse to keep your money
c) if the player chooses only to deposit by neteller I fully agree with no need for further verification UNLESS this casino must fulfill certain procedures (yes, there are casinos that depending on where they are licensed MUST verify that you are of legal age of 18 or 21 etc) , thats one of the reasons they may want to ask for a photo id, once again, if you are not comfortable with that .....the best choice is NOT to play
Kruser, if you get your money I suggest you dont play there again
