When will Yankee backers learn their lesson

The problem is that the sports worled is obsessed with the yankees. Last night as I was watching sportscenter, they were showing the standings and how the yankees were 11.5 games back of the Red Sox. They kept saying they have lots of work to do to catch up again.

No one seems to realize that this team is garbage. Everyone is so used to the Yankees being so good from years back that they cannot fathom them being a shitty team. I like comparing the Yankees to Mike Tyson. Back in the day he was great, now he is nothing but a Box Office Draw who attracts attention. Even the RedSox/Yankees games get too much attention. The majority of sports fans dont like either team, they are from everywhere else in the country.

Until the public stops their obsession with the yankees and the books keep reflecting this in their lines, I feel that fading the yanks this season is the best thing you can do. Especially when a good team like LA is getting positve money
