.....or is that just something we reserve for Republican presidents?

Will we see Jesus Sandal wearing hippies with gas masks on rioting in the streets and smashing out car and business windows any time soon? I mean Ol Big Ears is sending more and more troops to foreign lands to kill women and children. We ain't heard a peep out of those mother fuckers. Why?

We still have troops in Iraq. More being deployed each month. When will we see them burning flags in the streets and dancing around looking like the freaks they are?

When?

Where?

Like jannene garofalo said about lack of protest in street over Clinton bosnian war when asked.
It just wasn't "hip' to protest against Clinton.

You brain dead Rat wangers should try and get it through your numb skulls that the problem is that if Dubya would have kept his eye on the ball and thrown all necessary into the capture or killing of OBL and the Al Qaeda and then pulled out and come home, all would be well. The problem was his using 911 as an excuse to fight his own war and enrich his supporters.

Here's what I find odd. George Bush was spending $10 billion a month on a war started under false pretenses that had resulted in the deaths of over 4300 of our soldiers. He brought AIG, Fannie and Freddie into conservatorship, he bailed out Citi, and had "stimulus" checks of a whopping $300 mailed out to everyone.

Where were the tea parties then? 60 days into the term of a Democratic president and the freepers go nuts.

Speaking as someone who voted for Obama, I am disappointed with him on many levels, but he was still much better than the alternative.

The partisan divide in this country is what is going to bring us down, that and the fact that we are a nation incapable of introspection.
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Thus, when things go wrong militarily, diplomatically, monetarily, it is always someone else's fault. Someone who "hates democracy", "hates freedom", "hates capitalism", or who is "anti-American".

Your comment is False. There were plenty of legal and proper pretense for the Iraq war. We could argue all day, but just because you didn't like it doesn't give you the right to lie about false pretenses.

The reason for the initial invasion was "ZOMG!!! SADDAM HAS WMD AND HE'S GOING TO USE THEM ON US!!!"

Then, oddly, it all of a sudden became a war of liberating the Iraqi people when those claims were found to be false. As if there weren't other countries whose citizens didn't deserve liberating even more. We sat on our hands while several hundred thousand people were murdered in Darfur, but by God we went into Iraq with guns blazing.

No it wasn't...you only believe that because you are a sheep that thinks your news is fact.

Olbermann or someone like him told you I presume.

ESPN wouldn't even let him do sports anymore...LOL

So Punter are you going to answer the question or just deflect like a typical useless liberal? When are you putting on your Birkenstocks and taking to the streets to protest Ol Big Ears and his war? You know you have a gas mask somewhere and a gas can to douse an American Flag while you dance on it in the street.

I just want to know when and where so I can watch?

As usual you will probably come back some more shit not related to the thread question.:103631605

LIA, if I honestly thought that putting on a gas mask, taking to the streets and burning an American flag (all useful actions if done in the right place/right time) would help speed up the removal of American troops from Afghanistan - as strongly recommended by PoliticoPub friend MisterMJ - I would be out there tonight in St Petersburg.

And I would have someone film it and upload to YouTube so you could watch and feel almost as if you were there with me, sparking the flame that ignites the flag.

Say it isn't so...I missed that.

Did they really? I kind of liked the NBC presentation compared to the Monday Night train wreck.

So Colin Powell didn't go before the UN and make the case for invasion due to Iraq's WMD?

Admit it or not, the war was sold to the American public via fear of attack from Saddam's nonexistant weapons.

The whole point of the thread is to point out the outrageous hypocracy by the left and the media.
Every civi killed every soldier killed was a catastrophe under Bush...but now the media concetrates its time on that black..ahh err white legend, pedophile drug addict billionaire cuckoo clock Mike jackson, and treat as though he were the third coming of Christ.

like the Iraq war or not, Saddam hussein was an international terrorist that harbored and funded same that had to be disposed of and would eventiually had to be dealt with that already had 17 UN resolutions against him.
....and talk about blood for oil. how about the largest scam in the history of mankind when it was found out that Obamas buddies at the UN didn't want to fuck up their gaff that they were running in the "Food for Oil" scam...Fuckin usless pygamies at the UN wouldn't lift a finger to help us because they were runnig a gaff at the exspense of the US.It would still be going on and the money would still be funneled to terrorist.

Classic example of cooking up support was Cheneys office leaking supposed intel about Saddam seeking aluminum tubes to the NY Times, then citing the NY Times as though it were a 2nd source when he appeared on Meet the Press.

lol....say it ain't so....
