After the two players are done, or after the whole second round is done.

I have a bet on Franco beating Gossett today in a second round matchup. They have been done for over an hour, and now they tell me that they wait for the entire second round to be completed before grading any plays. This just seems like poor customer service, as I would like to use the money to bet on other things tonight.

I don't bet a lot of golf, what is the industry norm here.

Pinnacle grades them immediatley on Friday, if your at a book that doesnt do that pull your funds out immediatley.

This really does tick me off. It would be in their best interest to grade the play immediately too.

Most places only have 1 person at the most competent enough to grade them on Friday, thats the main promblem.

i'm sure if you tell everybody what sports book it is that is treating you like this, that this book will miraculously find a way to grade your wager and get the money back into your account to allow you to bet something else.
