ck-i am not a jr fan. you cant compare someone whos done absolutely nothing with someone who has some wins and certainly some positives. ryan leaf did absolutely nothing. there are lots of active drivers with fewer accomplishments.will he go down as one of the best ever? probably not. i dont think he's a bust either. gl
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Junior will not be a driver in NASCAR in 5 years.
He can't win, he hates giving interviews and he's publicly spoken out against the length of the NASCAR schedule. He'll still be around in the business, but I don't see him as a driver in as little as 5 years.

Dale Jr. had it all and He's been a poor replica of his Dad's legacy. Leaf is simply another of many failed draft picks. No question in my mind that Jr. is by far a bigger bust all things considered ! How many top draft picks have turned out to be mediocre ? I can't even begin to count how many and Leaf was not even the first pick !
