When do they announce lineups for a baseball game (how many minutes before)?

I am pretty sure the media gets the lineups well before that. That is what I am looking for.

Red Sox have their lineups out by 4:30 pm or so for a 7:00 pm start

Larussa announces his on radio a few hours before gametime.

If you go to CNNSI and click on MLB scores, it will usually have the lineups posted about an hour before gametime
