Frog...... jeez........what a story.

A major fuckup on my part. Dentist, bad mood, no excuses. I got baited into a confrontation over something, not sure what, and fell for it. Lack of self disclipline, poor judgement, all bad. Like I said, I got off easy. Probably top 3 material of stupidest moves in my life. I think the key word is ashamed. I was soon after ashamed of my actions. I was not tough, or anything noble. I will never forget or forgive myself for risking everything over nothing. Learn from my mistake, it is cheaper.

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:

I ignore anymore.... OF is right, it's not worth the risk or trouble. Why get shot over something as trivial as getting flipped off? I guess I"m getting smarter as I get a little older. I'm sure my response to this question would have been different 20 years ago.

As far as a guy flipping me the bird......i could care less unless he/she is being careless or trying to hurt me or my family in any way. That guy in the video is a typical piece of shiot thug. He has big balls!! yeah right. That poor older lady that was in the car was a real threat to him. I would have given him about one hit and then i would have been doing the hitting.....and i can tell ya one thing is for sure he would never have that chance again. Hell, my wife and just about anyone i know would have put him in the hospital or the ground. If there is one thing that will boil me over the brink, that would be it. He picked the right person for that video and that is what these 'tuff guy' thugs look for. I teach in the inner city and see shiot like that all too much.

They pulled my brother(Vilo) out of the car for just yelling at two plainclothes police in a ford explorer near fenway park because he would not grant me entry. They said ok and then showed their badges and made him get out and asked me for my papers then they just throw back in car and say get f$ck out from here. Happened near to Fenway park.

A starters pistol (track/swimming etc.) works wonders in these situations. I don't know if it is legal to carry though.

I'm in my mid 40's now but in my 20's and 30's whenever someone try to provoke me no matter how big he was as long as he is in the wrong and by himself I would always come aggresively out of my car and charged to his car and 90% of the time the other person would not come out. The few times the other drivers would come out they are usually huge......I would stay by my car and continue to verbally assault him to back him down and most every time it works because I was more the aggressor.

I must have had at least over 50 encounters with aggressive drivers who would honk and/or give me the finger and cut me off but I almost never back down if I'm not wrong. I won't start it but at the same time I won't back down. If I cut the other driver off and he honks or gives me the finger I would ignored it because I was wrong.

I had mellowed alot now and would tolerate alot more. The reason why all my life I was so aggressive is because I'm small to medium size person and had to take alot in my early years so I've learn that if I was the aggressor the other person would back down more and it works but I would not have use this technique if I had not study martial arts. I guess the mentality is different depending on your age and if you have kids......which I do now and that's why I've calmed down.

I would keep right on trucking. No matter how small the man or how mad I may be I don't want any dental work if he gets a shot in. Sticks and stones.....
