Eventually it will become legal in probably every state or at least most states.

What are the rules on the Native American land? they already have gaming, but greed could open another big boom door for them with selling weed or even just having smoke in hookah style lounges.

The Feds have stated that they won't interfere if they sell it, so far it seems only states that have legalized it have tribes gone into the business. In Washington the tribes collect the same tax that the state collects so no deal buying it on a reservation.

My step daughter was one of six kids killed by driver who smoked before driving.

Here in Oregon driving stoned is becoming a problem since it was legalized here, I smoke but only at home and when I know I'm not going out.

Sorry for your loss Wanger.

I see those crews working along side the highway and wonder why they don't get better protection.

A police detail should have his lights on creeping behind the people working to slow drivers down.

That is a tragic story.

The legalization of marijuana was a necessity. People used cannabis illegally, and as a result, the country did not receive taxes, the goods were often of poor quality, and many other problems arose. Now there are clear rules for the use of weed, and problems due to weed have become much less. Now you can easily buy a cannabis subscription box, which means that you use high-quality marijuana. Many states have indicated that marijuana is possible only for personal purposes at home. And thanks to legalization, the states received a significant increase in tax deductions.

Pretty sad to think the tax money is going to a good cause. I preferred it when it was illegal so now all those assholes who gave me shit can go fuck themselves . Gambling is legal as well in many states but advertisement for dispensaries is not up close and personal yet . I love turning on my tv and watching all these assholes promoting how much fun it is to lose your money and don’t worry if you have a problem call 1 800 eat shit. Our country was in a better place before all this bs and the people who wanted to do what ever did what ever . People use to go to church not only for belief but more importly how to behave and treat one anther . It has been replaced by big government . You sound like your in college and have been pre programmed .

social issues aside, its a rev/expense issue. No fiscal responsibility anywhere ..anywhere . Heck, during the recent govt-fueled 'growth' phase they were actually decreasing rates. ...'growth', lol (see chart below) . Politics eating country. Its quite sad actually

perceived vices of yesteryear are now foam-at-the-mouth revenue sources .

going parabolic?

remember the yrs when politicians/media/citizens were concerned about debt? Now? shrug shoulders, more important battles, lol
