Last year's went great for me. 6'0" 220 or so to begin the year. Had some man boobies. Got down to 190 really quick but gained a little back. For the last month or so I've been working out hard and am down to like 178 with more muscle then ever before. Gonna settle at 185 or so but it will be muscle. Trying to get back to 6-8% body fat.
This year I am going to try to drink less. I've drank at least 5 beers over 75% of the days this last year and it makes working out pretty f-ing rough. I'm thinking 3 days a week I'll drink and that should be pretty good.
