Absolutely love The Sporting News network. Too bad they took it off the Chicago market (for a religious station). Then I liked the Tony Kornheiser show and they dropped it from ESPN 1000 in Chicago. I do like the Score 670 out of Chicago.

Shows I don't like - The Dan Patrick show. Just a big waste of time with all of the ass-kissing questions. Despise the show they have on the YES Network (Mike and the Maddog?). I don't follow too many NY sports teams and they are not entertaining.

Claiborne and Ramsey on the gameface. STlouis has the best sports radio in the world. KMOX was at one time a breeding ground for broadcasters.

KMOX is very good too.

Mike and Mike - not too much cutting edge stuff there either.

Scott Ferrel used to be here on WFAN in NY, a real character.

I likey the Sporting News Radio Network.
I listen to XM Radio and they seem to be the best all around station.

Best show on radio is Stardust show with John Kelly, especailly when he has Alan boston on.

Scott Ferrall was eextremly entertaining.

Rome is a bore, that has uninformed opinion and is quite the jock sniffer.

Hacksaw Hamilton is very good, best 15 minutes in radio.

Espn radio is the most pathetic thing I have ever heard, loudmouth newyorkers that know nothing.

I loved Pete Franklin, what, 25-30 years ago when he was on in Cleveland. Also, how about the Sports Huddle on Sun night from WBZ in Boston. At least 30 years ago. Layed in bed with my transitor radio hoping for good reception every Sun night. Not sure if I would like it today, but I loved it when I was a kid. Fell asleep every night listening to a ball game or sports talk. Yep, I was a real nerd back then!

I miss Bob Kemp. He used to be on Sporting News radio late at night. That guy was as knowledgeable as they come.
