Brisket is 100000000x harder to do right than a steak. Steak is simple. Get your grill hot as fuck and cook to desired temp.Going somewhere getting a steak always is good but rare...no pun intended. But cooking/grilling steaks yourself is tough imo. Rather do a brisket and have it slow cook for 5-6 hours. If there are any expert steak grillers...I'd care to hear some tips.
I use this cut a lot when grinding meat for burgers along with short ribs...but I agree, I like chuck eyes at a much cheaper price than the ribeyes if grilling for a bunch of peopleFor at home easily the chuck eye. It's pretty much the same cut as a rib eye for much cheaper.
