In your mind, do you think we need anything like a fvcking goon squad in these forums? Bill Dozer is a good poster. Some of us do enjoy reading the perspective of a real player, as that is the ultimate "pulse of the offshore industry", not you and your multiple posts about the books that you like.

Why wouldn't you respect Bill Dozer's opinion? O.K. I agree the title of the thread might sound a little exaggerated, but after all the man has a legitimate question.

Allot of people like Pinnacle as they are a good book (and some knock them) and we all know why they are having connection problems...Their volume is HUGE and growing and they can't expand their pipe fast enough. A problem some people wish they had. uuuhhmmm!

In case you care, I am looking for the Jets minus 3 plus 103 at Pinnacle, to be a strong play this weekend. You may be able to find -2.5 minus substantial juice, I prefer to take my chances with a push -3 plus juice. With their solid performance last Sunday, the Jets moved up from 24th to 13th in the NFL in total defense. They also are sixth in scoring defense, giving up 16 points per game. All without John Abraham, who is back this week. The Jets also are tied for the league lead in sacks with 19. Bottom line look for the Jets passrush to put a ton of pressure on Texan David Carr and protect a banged up secondary. This will also propably be Vinni's last start as Chad Pennington is due back next week. The game is must win for the desparate Jets, and the young Texans the perfect team for them to go to 2 and 4 with their main man due back next week. Jets 21 - 10.

Pinnacle's site has been slower and stalling since the DoS attack back some weeks ago. It is my favorite book. I was just curious if they are doing something different with bandwidth or...

I don't even understand what Intuition is talking about. I never understand all the eye winking and people thinking they know something about someone like we are all a bunch of crooks hiding in here. Something about bonuses from someone? I only have 2 active accounts until hoops start.

Why even go into a thread if you just let shit flow outta your mouth. If you talked to me like that in person the tooth fairy would be at your house that night.

If I ever started a forum I would keep it business like and when people went off topic discussing the poster vs the post I'd toss em. Oh to dream....

I think you jumped the gun a bit on Bill. EVERY book says every problem is tempory. Pinnacle is a book with a good rep and is most likely sincere.

HOWEVER.... Pinnacle was the subject of a DOS attack and supposedly paid. Rumor had it that at least one of the books that paid got hit up again for a payment. Since (to my knowledge) Pinnacle never admitted to have paid the DOS attackers, I have no reason to suspect they would admit to other attacks on their system.

DOS is an attack to overwhelm resources. Every few weeks, Microsoft announces a new security breach that allows in hackers. Maybe the DOS guys have switched techniques to hack their system.

The email problem they describe sounds almost most improbable. They can receive email, but not respond? That makes no sense. They can always plug into a dial-up service or smtp service to send.

Does anyone KNOW if Pinnacle is still under attack/blackmail?

Pinnacle is working fine for myself. I will add I have not needed to use EMs lately. On-line bets fine, account review fine, balance fine, grading games fine.
