Yeah this is ridiculous.

I have a rollover I still need to complete at BetPhoenix but I haven't been able to log on all fucking day. I do 95% of my betting volume on Saturday - during the day - and about 40% of that is through BetPhoenix. And now I haven't been able to place a single bet here, with no kind of previous notification that they would be working on things today so I could put bets in ahead of time.

How the hell am I supposed to complete an 8-time rollover when I can't even place a bet??? I've been a fan of this book, but this is ridiculous. Requiring people to complete a rollover before getting a withdrawal, and then not allowing them to place wagers on the heaviest day of the week!? Absurd.

I was annoyed this morning. I'm pissed now. Days like today are my reminder that BetJam and 5dimes are still the two top books in the industry and where my money needs to be.

Agreed.. sometimes this stuff happens. I'm pretty sure they aren't too happy about it either. I was able to get Diego on LIVE CHAT to get a wager in for me, it took a while but he got it done.

i just signed up there today and i think i have every right to bash the book, off and on off and on all day, if i had known that they were having problems i would of waited, atleast have the courtesy to let someone no who is just joining today thats all....

i was able to get some bets in but couldnt log in for halftimes and who know's when they will be back up last update was at 5 pm est there would be a problem that would last around 20 mins now its almost 7pm and nothing has been said...

Go to live chat and you can place your wager. They will not give you a confirmation number, but print the chat.

Thats the best they can do, really sucks, but better than a wasted buzz
