What's the most disgusting fast food combo/item out there?

Since I think it's a great idea, I'm going to take the worst of the worst of the fast food combos or items, and turn it into a culinary masterpiece. I will post the results here.

I need input.

What's the worst of the worst in your opinion of the fast food joints and their combos?

The philly steak and cheese at Subway is absolutely awful

It's just premade crap that has been marinating all day that they scoop into the bread

I am intrigued by FD's posts about culinary. He made me a Hubert Keller fan and I had never heard of him until he posted a youtube video of him. Now I find myself rooting for HK to win the top chef masters final on bravo channel.

I think it will be tough to top the McGriddle as far as disgusting fast food options go. It's basically a processed sausage patty with processed cheese, egg sandwiched between two pancakes injected with processed maple flavouring. As much fat as a Big Mac while having even more sugar than an entire pack of macdonalds cookies in a single sandwich.

He's Solid for sure...makes me wonder why he spent 2 years working for a book. But if you're in Vancouver make sure you get him to sort out one of your dinner options.

Damn, forgot about the breakfast burrito...it's something about the combination of the shitty scrambled eggs and cheap soft tortilla that makes me feel sick.

I'm not sure if it tops the Sausage McGriddle though as far as sheer lunacy.
