What's the line adjustment if TO plays?

I've been wondering about this...is the 7 up assuming he is out or are the linesmakers taking into account that they expect him to play? Will there be a major adjustment if the birds start him? I know for a fact the Eagles are milking this for all it's worth. What do you think the line should be with TO in there?

I think he will try to play, I don't think he will make much difference..I am not just taking shots at Philly SB...I really believe NE will win this game by more than 7...

Philly had a great year...I have loved NE since August...they just wear teams down, and they will wear the Eagles down as well...

Do you really think Owens is going to be a significant factor?

I don't think it'll matter. I think everyone now expects that he will be out there. But nothing that happens between now and gametime will coonvince anyone as to whether or not he will be fully effective. Based on TO, I think the line can only go up if it's announced he won't play or if the common thinking is that he really is not ready.

Doubt that Terrell Owens will play and if he should, suspect he will be far from full speed but certainly would have to garner some attention from the Patriots, even if he becomes merely a decoy. With that being said, should he play, believe the most adjustment on the line would be 1 point to New England -6. Just can't see this line moving below a key number of 6 unless something serious happens to some of the Patriot key skill players between now and the Superbowl.

Guys thanks for the insight. Ted the birds seem to be utterly optimistic about his rehab so that may be a buildup in disguise but I don't know. They're claiming he is showing incredible improvement. He actually assumed he was ready to play against the Falcons but the doctor told him no way (which is a good thing). Andy seems to think he will be ready. The fact is he hasn't run on it...so we'll see.
