I also love to pick 4 or 5 baseball dogs and throw them into 1 or 2 parlays a night. They sometimes pay as much as 75 to 1! That is really exciting, but this ISNT!!

one saturday a couple years ago, just for fun, i took a dollar and played 8 different 8team progressive parlays at sportsbook.com. college hoops. i used 22 games altogether in various combinations and played them for $10,15,or20. it was one of those days you have once in a lifetime. went 19-3 on the day hitting 2 8of8s, 3 7of8s and 3 6of8s. turned that dollar into about 2.5 dimes.
Wasn't exactly a parlay, but I hit the exacta in the Belmont for over a thousand. Don't play parlays very often. Biggest win was probably a 4-1 shot on favorites. But i do remember a loss earlier this year. I had a few dogs on it, maybe more, the Brewers were one of them, they drilled the Braves. Had both hockey favs on it, they both won. Then had the phillies over the giants. 2 outs and the game tied in the 8th I believe and the Phillies left fielder either flat out dropped a flyball or just missed it, it was a simple routine play. Needless to say they lost, and so did the parlay. I think it was 20 to win at least 600 or so, and that was the only thing that lost.
The biggest parlay I ever hit was at bodog for 3900. It was a 7teamer with 4nba and 3 nhl picks. The stupid thing I did was that I bought 5 points on each nba game making each one -200. The worst part was that I didnt need any of the points for any of the games. So instead of paying 75:1 it got cut down to 39:1 because of all the points I bought.
The funny part of it all was that after the parlay won, bodog wouldn't let you buy 5points anymore. They capped it at 3
My worst beats on parlays also happened at bodog. On back to back to back nights I had 8 9 and 10 team parlays. Each one paying off from 18-22K. All 3 of them lost by one game. Had a chance to take profit on one of the parlays by taking the other side of the last game which was the Jazz/Sac game. I could have taken Sac at -10 and secured myself about 10k profit. I let it ride instead on the original Jazz +10. Ostertag got in a fight with Jerry Sloan and he pulled him out of the game. Jazz lost by 20 or so.

1st time i go to vegas during football season i plop down $40 on a 5-teamer at the stardust. in 4 of the 5 games i got reallllllllllllllllly lucky and somehow cashed the ticket @ 26-1 odds. walked away with almost $1,100.
just missed hitting a 6-teamer that would have turned $40 into almost $1,800. as i have lamented here before - the va. tech/nebraska orange bowl killed me - had tech +16.5 and they lost 41-21.
