Emphasis on scattered. I left the NW part of the district and I mean no rain was falling at the time the game was supposed to start. It should fit in though.

I'm about 20 minutes outside of DC, and it hasn't rained in over an hour now...they should get this started sometime I'm assuming. Surprised it hasn't started yet, to be honest.

Wow, tough top of the 1st for the Nats...Phillies have blooped a couple hits in the inning that OFs couldn't get to cuz of the rain.
