Tease Miami +7 with Seattle Pk for around 500.
If Pitt covers the 6 & wins by 8 or more you win roughly 500.
If Pitt wins by 6 or 7 you win 1000 + the teaser is still alive for more
If Pitt wins by 5 the teaser is still alive & likely to win 500 for you
If Pitt -5 loses the teaser is alive...then you can either
{A} Let it ride and gamble 500 on Seattle winning SU, or
{B} Cover your ass with a wager on Detroit ML

Why did anyone lay 5? I said this the day the bet came out.
If you're worried they'll pull the offer (They wont) lay the five. Otherwise wait. 5 is a dead number in the NFL. if it goes to 5.5 who cares. If it goes to 4, you have a much better Bonus Bet.
Obviuosly I had not idea BR would be out, but 5 was a shitty lay.
For the football season, if I had one bit of advice, it would be to get a chart indicating how often games land on a line and once you have this chart, never bet at a dead number. If you have a dead number like 2 or 5 or 9, it is meaningless if it goes to 2.5 or 1.5, 4.5 or 5.5, 8.5 or 9.5 You can wait and if it moves with you, you can get the much better not dead number such as 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10. IF you like a bet on a live number, you should make it unless you have strong reasons to believe it will move with you.
Of course the above only matters till just before the game. at that point, just play the dead number.

I guess probably most, if not all, books would at least downgrade
a winning teaser from a profit of 500 if the first half of it pushed.
BTW, being stuck with Pitt -5 this is the option i decided upon,
i.e. the 6 point teaser above. Got it at -110 at my book.
