What, in your opinion, is the best way to use teasers (apart from not using them at all).
I use Olympic, and have gone through the math of the different payouts for the various spreads adjustments possible, and the various numbers of games per ticket, but cant seem to conclusively decide where the best value lies. I have unfortunately discovered, that basketball teasers dont work so well for me, but football seems to be a better value.
Im looking for a answers to the following:
How many games do you usually use on a teaser?
Do you pick multiple games and do some sort of combination of them all (eg 3 of 5 resulting in 10 tickets)?
Do you use a "hookup" game if you use a rotation?
Do you use straight teasers, or is it worth the extra money to add an even greater spread?
If so, by how much?
Thanks for any insight.
