Supposedly Rasmussen has the better history.

But probably the so-called "poll of polls" is the best. Just gather together as many decent polls as possible and it should allow the outliers to be basically discarded.

The problem is that some of the dynamic can be impossible to poll....PLUS it isn't really a national election but rather a series of state elections and state polls are even less reliable.
