What's going on with Northcoast?

Has anyone been able to get through to Northcoast? Their customer service email is not working and their phones are rolling to a full mailbox. I purchased PowerSweep and Power Plays. The email for Power Plays linked to Power Sweep, not Power Plays.

I ran into the same deal. so i emailed Northcoast and got sent to : todd@ncsports.com I told him about the double Power Sweep and he personally emailed me the power plays edition. when asked about the college futures (Season wins) for ncaa, he said they were skipping this year due to the altered college schedules... makes sense to me. the Comp Line is still open and they are boasting their late phones as usual.
