I got va tech at +14.5 at bovada and that was to much to pass up in my opinion. It's just a very small play tho as I don't feel comfortable going against urban Meyer. I think Ohio state has 3 things going for them: better talent, better coach and a revenge situation..... But va tech is playing at home which will be a rocking hostile environment, they are improved at most positions, and they've already beaten Ohio state before so there shouldn't be any surprise or fear to playing the Buckeyes.
..A lotta points to lay on road after one game suspensions to key players; qb controversy; and the fact it's hard to know how good V. Tech is, and Buckeyes really turned the ball over a lot in key games; and Beamer ball feeds off special teams and t.o.'s..gl..Still I like the Bucks -14..gl
I've got VT on a last leg T at +21. If Ohio State is focused on revenge, they will have to come from behind to Win. They better focus on how to beat VT.....Blacksburg is one of the toughest venues in College Football, and the Hokies are improved at every position. OSU on paper should Win, Meyer must hope he has handled the QB choice well enough for the team to not be divided over the choice. I also have a concern that 4 of the Top Receivers from last year either by graduation or suspension won't be in the line-up and the most talked about receiver of the Spring, Noah Brown is out for the season as well. That is a lot of weapons missing and more of a load for EE......should the depth issues create problems in the passing game, VT will stack the box.
