Grilled meats on my charcoal grill when we got a break in the weather Thursday night. I have a special way of reheating them so they come out like they just came off the grill. Sweet and hot Italian sausage from the Italian butcher. Chicken breasts, split. Center pork chops. Grilled green bell peppers. Add feta and assiago cheeses. I chop those meats and peppers up. Get fresh spuckie rolls from the Italian bakery. Salt and pepper. Most make subs. Make a big salad. Dress it myself. Meal for a king. The guys love that shit. Think 6 guys coming over tonight. And of course a Patriot win for dessert. Yum.
