Not asking for suggestions cause I already took care of it but its just something ackward that happened this weekend and I wanted to share and see what you all think.
Scenario: Guy had put in a two team basketball teaser with one open spot. The game he picks loses, yet the game for some reason is not graded as such. He then calls in and when he finds out that the teaser is still open, decides to close it, I guess figuring we had graded it wrong (as a winner)...
His second team wins.
Once the second team is graded, the computer grades the teaser as a loss because in deed the first game was a loser *why it did not grade it as loss the minute the first pick lost is beyond me*
He then calls back and asks why its graded as a loss and says that he closed the teaser because he figured the first team had hit, that he did not know the final score (first game was like 2 days before).
-----------------------------------------------
Conclusion
I talked to the guy and told him I couldnt give him a winner for the teaser because indeed one team lost and the second one won but it was our fault that the computer allowed him to close a teaser that had already lost so I would simply open up a second teaser with one win and let him close it whenever he wanted (which would be the case had he used that pick to open a teaser in the first place).
I know its kinda confusing and I could have worded it better but just thought Id share.
If you want to root for him, he took Philly tonight to close it.
