We complain everyday about books not pleasing their customers...

What would make YOU happy? What would a book need to do to keep you as a happy customer?
Is it bonuses or fast payouts? or vig disscounts or gifts? contests or customer service??? What??

Please be creative :103631605 I appreciate every response!

Venus - Do you work for a book?

I am happy with the books I have. They are all top-shelf and take my money pronto. They don't pay me very much back, but that is because of my poor play selection.

All I ask out of my books is that they pay, offer early lines, honor lines (unless an obvious error), and don't place limits/boot out winners. For every 1 person books do this to, there are 10 that lose. Oh, and easy to navigate software is a must.

Yes, I do...
Thanks for the response, FairWarning! What you ask for sounds reasonable and easy to do...
Good luck on your selections :103631605

reward the customer in some way for keeping the money in . Maybe a Bonus Play for 60 days of no withdrawal. Give the customers who stand in and dont run up fees with all the neteller in and out and in and out some appreciation.

I am not a book player :p but IF I were one thing that I believe would make me VERY happy is the ability to get an ATM (FROM the book) that would allow me to go to the nearest ATM machine and withdraw cash, I mean the amount I am suposed to get, not the typical game of USD>CAD>USD that neteller/ATM issuer makes you go through

IF this ATM card does NOT have my name in the card AND the magnetic stripe..........so it ends up being completely annonymous it would be awesome

Now I know in the current world where we live in this is next to impossible but I have seen some offers like these........mainly based in Eastern European countries so it is possible.

I like the Bonus Play idea, trytrytry! But I have to say it would have to be an active account with at least $500 action per month along with someother restrictions. Does it sound reasonable??

Wolfie I like your idea, but I don´t really know the process you are talking about USD>CAD>USD. I´ll do some reaserch cause I think many many players would love to have that...

I like gifts, and I like them to be random not some system that I'm concious of.

It's nice when you bust your hump looking at lines everyday with a certain book and youre involved in all kinds of action with them and then one day a smoked turkey pops up at your door

Venus - what do you do for them? How did you get started?

I would say a free withdrawl a month is a must, as is processing within one business day a must too.

I personally am not into huge bonuses. They are nice, but I much prefer reduced juice/better parlay and teaser odds to unachievable bonus rules. I do think referral bonuses are a nice touch.

What I meant was that neteller has this "sort of" , I think only international customers have this problem

Say you move 500 dollars from your neteller account to the debit card, when it goes from neteller to the card it gets converted from USD to Canadian dollars (Because the card technically is in canadian dollars) , when you withdraw the $ at the ATM machine it gets converted back to USD, net effect= a bunch of fees and your 500 end up being like 470

I used to say that customer service was the most important part of online casinos and I have given my business to those with a higher standard in that department. In sportsbetting, I had a wonderful experience with bet365 customer service. But despite of it, I rarely play there as their lines are pretty bad. If only they would make them a little less tight... I wouldn't play anywhere else.

In this industry, a little bit of ethics is regarded as almost outstanding behavior. When you witness bookies changing their rules in the middle of wagers or after results to avoid losses, and others who take forever to pay up, you have to wonder who the real gambler is.

Still, definitely CS for me, i.e. being treated like a customer.

Venus,

I think everyone would agree that loyalty points make much more sense than sign-up bonuses. Sign-up bonuses provide incentive for players to withdraw after the rollover is reached and post up with another book.

The problem is that the industry is completely caught in a never-ending game of sign-up bonuses. If one book ends their sign-up bonus program and no one else does, the players will post up with the book that is offering the bonus.

One thing I would like to see the books do is offer better bonus programs for customers who post up in low cost methods. In other words, if a customer posts up with a check sent via FedEx that player ought to get a little better bonus than the player who posts up with one of the expensive methods, like Neteller or Western Union.

Later,

I've been working for books since I'm 18, started as a clerk.

I agree with the free withdrawal per month and the buddy refferals and I loved the card idea... I'm working on it.

Would you like adjusted odds on special or regular teasers? I can make it happen :103631605

Gifts are good for special days like x-mas, thanksgiving, superbowl and big events. I think the turkey is a very nice gift for good, loyal customers.

Fast payouts & no/low fees for withdrawals are a must. Competition is tough... Would you like the atm card idea?

Doug & Sherman
I agree 100% with you. Several fellow books fail into giving decent service. Hey, I'm a local, but I believe there are MANY clerks around who have no idea where they are standing...
