What was the last concert you saw live?

Metallica, @ Thomas & Mack in Vegas about a year ago. They had a revolving stage, so everyone on ground level was front and center for at least a portion of the show.

Hetfield the lead singer spit water on me during Master. Some crazed fans might find that cool. I did not.

For me it was U2 last year.

Jman, i know that you, like myself, are a big U2 fan. How was this concert? They are the one band I'd be prepared to pay big to see, but I missed them in Vegas (still kicking myself) last Nov. I was too slow in trying to buy, then it was sold out, and my so-called reliable ticket brokers couldn't come up with squat.

Is it the best concert you've seen?

I typically don't go to many gigs anymore, but after tommorrow I'll have been at 5 concerts in 10 days

5/24 & 5/25 Pearl Jam (Boston) (12th row on 5/24)
6/1 & 6/3 Pearl Jam (meadowlands) (8th row on 6/1)

and Springsteen doing his Pete Seeger thing last Sat (5/27) in MA

I got ID'd at the Springsteen gig and told the beer seller that I once saw Pete Seeger and the opening act was the Jefferson Airplane, so that should give him an idea of how old I am.

That had to be at least 2 years ago, they haven't toured the states since 2004. I saw them that august in Peoria, good show, no nearly as good as the Load tour in Jan 1997 in Chicago though.
