Perot, Nader, McGovern.
Don't know if this counts, but GHW Bush Sr 2nd term. Our Best President of the last half decade should have won re-election, but he was what a President can't seem to be anymore. Honest about our need for flexible tax policy, after stupidly saying Read My Lips, No New taxes in a dumb campaign commercial.

My lifetime- George H. Bush. In early years John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both lost elections although they were elected later.

He's GW's twin when it come to policy, the president that nearly drove this country into the ground.

I'll be supporting Rand, but happy Romney is running, the more neo-cons, social conservative, diluting the field the better. I'm a fan of do nothing government, no new laws, as if we don't have enough, and get out of the way so smart people in the private sector can push us forward.

Too bad Ron never had a chance... the GOP machine sabotaged him in any way possible
