These days it seems the best way to win in situations like these is with social media or other forms of bad publicity. Just type up what you want and get RXers to post it on their wall. To hell with what is legal or illegal.

I don't think the dealership really cares. The average person buys a car every five years and most people aren't loyal to a certain make. So they figure even if they did you a solid and reversed the sale that it isn't going to generate any more sales in the long run. It will just cost them time and money.

You can give the dealership bad feedback and tell all of your friends not to patronize them but one customers bad experience doesn't weigh more than the many satisfied customers that have purchased cars there.

Why didn't you and girl go down there together to buy the car? Dealerships stay open until 9:00pm and even later if it is a for sure sale.

They could just delete whatever bad comments you leave on their wall.

Here is an idea. Go down to the dealership and have them add all of the extras that you didn't get then pay on your credit card and dispute the transaction then go down to the courthouse and have your girl take them to small claims court. Maybe the judge will find your verbal contract over the phone to hold up over the wet signature your girlfriend signed. Just say you are her auto broker/boyfriend.

I'd agree get the local news involved in some sort of troubleshooters investigation. Curious though how your gf didn't notice it was not the car she wanted when she drove off?

Agree or disagree with me Pistol Pete? If shit like this happened at a car dealership in Texas, dealership would be out of business fast. At least in DFW area. Hell, dealerships will fire the guy that greets you when you get your oil changed if he gets a bad review.

good answers, my father is a pretty big time lawyer in the area, so he and his firm are on the case looking over the contract, and we may get the voicemail on tape and bring it in, it just sucks

i called the guy and he said sorry buddy she dotted the i and crossed the t on the contract, this deal is done

fucked up, it really pisses me off, and im not someone youd like to piss off

and the reason she did not realize is she had court for a speeding ticket about an hour away so she drove off the lot, went home and i picked her up for court, she isnt gonna check her center console for a usb cable or check to see if there is blue tooth

Mlink you sure do find a way to get your self tangled up in a lot of financial issues.

I remember you having a fantasy football payout issue with someone during football who you said was harrassing you and your family. Then you had issues with a sportsbook posting your online bet. Then you had issue with a cell phone boost. And now the latest with a car purchase.
