what the hell is wrong with Lou Dobbs on CNN

does he stumble and stutter every day? I have never watched his show before.. but today, he appears to be having some trouble talking fluently.

he looks like an ok enough guy. his rambling reminds me of the stereotypical "regular" at happy hour in a neighborhood bar going off on his opinion after a few drinks. lou dobbs is ok with me. have another drink Lou you stuttering patriot !

On a serious side, this could be the early signs of him having a stroke. A problem with speech is one of the signs.

I think he had some work done on his teeth. They seem way too white. Ever since that happened, it sounds like he's had some kind of speech impediment. Maybe he got some kind of infection that spread to his brain.
