Thats an article from August of 2003 as it states on top of the page! I play at Carib EVERY DAY and had at least one payout every month the past 14 months and NEVER had any problems collecting! Same day payouts no problem! Carib IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE ONE OF THE TOP BOOKS OFFSHORE AS LONG AS OFFSHORE GAMBLING IS ALIVE!!
