Sounds like they are talking about a "spider' or some sort of software that repeatedely intorragates their web-site for line changes. Just a guess though.

By any chance, are you using a browser with a very frequent refresh setting? Or have you downloaded any type of application that automatically retrieves lines? You may have something running and not even realize it.

As Wilheim mentioned, robotic tools in this context are typically user agent programs which repeatedly query offshore sites, retrieving lines. Typically, these tools are used for scalping/middling. The programs are known as 'spiders' and the process is termed "web scraping".

i use microsoft internet explorer,i check the lines a few times a day,i am a dumb ass square,i have no special software or anything else,WTF

Mike, do you have anyone in your area that you use for technical assistance with your computer? If you do have him check your hard drive for any rougue programs that may have attached itself to it. The other problem could be another PC operating from your IP and doing busines with Pinnacle. I know this stuff can be confusing for us non tech types. The best advice I can give you is to have someone computer knowledgable look at your PC. Also an EM to Pinnacle explaing you have no idea what they are talking about might help, ask if you can call Pinn. CSD and discuss the problem on the phone.

thanks wil, pinnacle wrote me back and said "we have unblocked your ip for now, however please notice that if this type of activity continues your ip will be blocked again"

A robotic tool would be the ONLY WAY anyone would screw most of the horse faces in the WNBA!

Sorry General! Just the facts.
