i just attended the most exciting hockey game youll ever see. end to end action, hitting, fighting, and a 5-4 final, with a last minute goal to end the game. both me and my son's voices are gone, and we'll have a lifetime memory, a real priceless experience.
here's the question. which sport, when played to it's top level, is the most exciting for you to watch? i'll have to say hockey, with boxing as a close second. what do you think?

I agree with you with hockey as being the most exciting sport. Especially playoff hockey, nothing else compares.

Another thing they don't have the tv revenue, so when you go to a game you don't spend outrageous amounts of time just sitting there with nothing going on. The games are quick and energetic. With the new offsides rule there can be 10 minutes of action without stoppages.
Much better experience then going to an nfl game that has a tv timeout everytime the ball is turned over.

I love horse racing. Nothing better than hanging out at the track all day.

Hockey is 2nd on the list.

Nothing gets my blood pumping like a high-profile boxing match. Only thing that rivals that is watching the Habs in a do-or-die situation during the NHL playoffs.

I love watching hockey live, but when I have bets, I'll take College Football/Basketball - some crazy shit happens there, haha.

Football for me...But college basketball cannot be topped when it gets down to the last 5 minutes of a close game.

thanks foy your reply. the game was last nites habs/islanders game. i couldn't believe how many canadiens were in the crowd. almost half the crowd. the fans were mostly young (20s) and what a passion for their team and the sport! they were also very courteous and friendly. the only ones that we saw get kicked out were islander fans.

most striking was the percentage of SMOKING HOT canadian babes in tight clothes. my head was spinning the whole nite long. and they cheered like wild. the screams reminded me of an elvis or beatles concert. what an event,i truely wasn't expecting it. like 10 full coach buses of canadians came. do they do that on all road games, or was this a special trip?

yes but what about the "foul a thons" when it boils down to a foul shooting competition at the end. this happens alot, but i agree, when the fouling is limited, this can be great.:103631605

Overtime in the hockey playoffs. No TV commercial breaks and any shot could end it.
