Yahoo and MLB.com are the fastest I know. I prefer MLB.com because they show boxscores. Yahoo doesn't until the game is over. MLB.com is a tick faster as well IMO.

I have had very good luck with ESPN MVP on my cell phone for quick scores on pritty but all sports...there may be a minute or so delay but it is quick enough and accurate
