Whether it was against just your favorite team or a play that cost you a lot of money?

For me it was Oct. 11 2009 ...Texans had the ball late in the game with under a minute to go and I had the total over 50pts to complete a 10team parlay that paid out over 15K. They had the ball down at the Cards 1 on 3rd down and Schaub and his receiver connected but he stepped out on the back line. 4th down they try to run it and get stuffed. Final 28-21 Cardinals.

Love modern technology how you can instantly pull up the heartbreak all over again.:ohno:

On a personal level the Giants meltdown against the eagles last season...Specifically when Dodge punted directly to Jackson. Never have I been more sickened.

That's not good considering how famous that clip is. Bound to see it once every 6mos or so.

2008 Sugar Bowl

This year's Sugar Bowl was another single play. After Arkansas got the block punt that put them in scoring position for the win Mallett threw that dam INT that I can still see.

Santonio Holmes tip toe catch to win the Super Bowl. I went from the highest of highs after Fitzgerald scored the go ahead TD, to basically puking in a matter of 10 real minutes or so. Didnt take long to sober up from those twelve $12 beers I had.

The only Super Bowl I have ever personally attended. And probably the only one the Cards will ever play in.

I did have AZ +6.5 and the over though.

Dave Henderson`s homerun off Dish-em-up Donnie Moore

Game 5 of the 1986 ALCS

The game took place on October 12, 1986 in Anaheim. The Angels held a 3 games to 1 lead in the best-of-seven series against the Boston Red Sox. In the game, the Angels held a 5-2 lead going into the ninth inning. Boston scored two runs on a home run by Don Baylor (scoring Dave Stapleton, who was pinch-running for Bill Buckner), closing the gap to 5-4.

When Moore came in to shut down the rally, there were two outs and a runner on first base (Rich Gedman, who had been hit by a pitch). The Angels were one strike away from advancing to the World Series for the very first time. Dave Henderson hit a 2-2 pitch off Moore for a home run, giving the Red Sox a 6-5 lead. The Angels were able to score a run in the bottom of the ninth, pushing the game into extra innings.

The pitch . . . To left field and deep, and Downing goes back. And it's gone! Unbelievable! Astonishing! Anaheim Stadium was one strike away from turning into Fantasyland! The Red Sox lead 6-5! You're looking at one for the ages here. The Red Sox get four runs in the ninth on a pair of two-run homers by Don Baylor and Dave Henderson.

Jackie Smith's dropped TD pass

Only video I can find is this one:

The Drop is at the 3:00 mark, but it's worth watching first minute when they show Hollywood Henderson with about a pound of "stickum" dripping off his gloved hands

i had uab last yr in college football they were up like 5 with under a minute left. I had them like -3 or some shit. anyways they punt the ball with a minute left or so and it gets downed inside the 5 yard line. other teams starting qb got knocked out in game, so the backup had to lead them on a 95 yard drive on the road with under a minute. I jumped in the shower and got ready to go out drinking with friends, came out to losing my bet as the other team scored on a hailmary from around the 50 yard line as time expired.

on the tuck rule, I'm a Raiders fan one. Second how many times was it called prior to that one? I would think kinda a weird time to make that call, not like it's a fucking ho;ding call during week one!

1996, wvu vs. miami.... 22 seconds left, wvu winning 7-3, with the win, wvu would have moved to 8-0...wvu punting, and tremain mack rolls in and blocks the punt...looks like a forward lateral(no replay) but gets returned for a td...miami wins 10-7

maybe this game does not haunt me. as i was on troy, not uab, uab is the team that fucked me with the hailmary,
