We aren’t supposed to talk about Epstein anymore so no comment lol.

The one promise I was hoping for was no tax on my SS. That would have been big and saved me thousands. Oh well.
Bummer...
The overtime pay is limited under the BBB and most people won't qualify anyway.
Maybe go into a "profession" where people tip ...Like waiter, it's so lucrative

Best economy EVER!!!!!! ( if you're a billionaire )

Trump breaks 'Day One' promise to lower costs as prices surge across America in first six months

Tariffs drive grocery and household prices higher while 'big beautiful bill' cuts Medicaid for 10M Americans

Just a little day one lie..so glad the war in the Ukraine is over too!

Trump will always complain when things don’t go his way. Like I’ve said, things aren’t bad here. Lots of new businesses going up. Casino opening last year has helped a lot. Some areas are better than others. Always been that way.

Hopefully, things get better everywhere, I did vote for Trump and not rooting against him. But I won’t kiss his ass and agree with him 100% the way these clowns do. I don’t like Trump but I like a lot of things he is trying to do.

President Trump announced on Wednesday that he would double tariffs on India, to 50 percent, beginning this month as punishment for the country’s continued purchase of Russian oil.

Mr. Trump coupled the new, punishing tariff level with a threat to impose similar penalties on other countries that buy Russian energy as he sought to use trade policies to pressure the Kremlin into resolving the war in Ukraine.( that pesky old day one promise )

I'll bet the reporter who graduated from Wharton who said that he largely agrees with what President Trump said re the weak dollar is more credentialed to comment on the President's stance than any two bit economist(s) on this board.

In case you don't know, Wharton is considered one of the top, if not the top, graduate business schools in the world.

Maybe you're now beginning to understand that Trump planned to use tariffs as a multi dimensional negotiating tool.

Rather brilliant if you asked me.

bahbahabaha... Multi dimensional idiocy.

Just wait, the stock market is currently not properly pricing in the risk of President Donald Trump's economic madness — and when it finally does, things will get ugly fast.

"In his first four years as President, Joe Biden signed into law major investments in the U.S. economy, including in infrastructure, domestic manufacturing and climate," the letter said. "Together, these investments are likely to increase productivity and economic growth while lowering long-term inflationary pressures and facilitating the clean energy transition."

"In Donald Trump's America, the rich pay less, and working Americans pay more," he added.

I'm as concerned about the reignition of inflation as anyone.

But thus far "Trump's economic plans" have been overwhelmingly positive for America.

And he is using them to leverage other world events in America's and the world's favor.

Brilliant.

Concerned about the price of lumber.

But I also think that tariffs won't go on for long. Canada will comply with the President's requests. They have a lot more to lose than we do. The President knows this.
yeah lumber prices are rough right now
but i agree the tariffs probably won’t last too long
canada has more to lose and the president's playing that leverage pretty well
