I was playing at this book. They have recently changed software. I made some bets that won. The winnings were reflected in my balance. So I tried to make a withdrawl. After a month had gone by and I didn't get my money, I asked why I didn't get my withdrawl. They said I never made it. And furthermore, I never had the money in my account to cover the withdrawl. I go back to my account and there is a few thousand more than what I thought should be there before my withdrawl.

So I ask for my bet history and get a list of credits and debits in my account. But two of my winning bets are not credited to my account! So my account is short $4,000. They had won before. I checked to verify that they had indeed been winning bets with my records. I e-mailed them and they said they would look into it. Now they ignore my e-mails.

I e-mailed the Shrink about two weeks ago and he never got back to me.

Here is the really big problem. I still have money in the book. If I leave my money in the book I can't bet on it. Because I don't trust these guys. But if I take my money out of the book they have no reason to ever credit me the winning bets they took out of my account. I don't want to name the book because then it would be doubtful that anything would be resolved in my favor. No matter what I do I lose a few thousand dollars.

What should I do?

secondly, Did you talk on the PHONE to them? ask for a supervisor or something or have you just been doing this thru emails?

Email the shrink again or tell the forum who you're talking about. You won't get much help if you can't say where you're playing.

If you have not phoned them I would do so. Also email SHRINK again to Shrink@therx.com maybe he can assist you , but if you have not phoned them id to that like right away

Just because they changed software doesnt mean the old database is gone. Books make copies of their old database files for backup before they change software.

I play at Prestige. Recently they made changes to their software and upgraded it. When I logged in my balance was fine, no problem. But none of my old transactions showed up in my acct history! So I just called them and asked them to email me a copy of all my old transactions and they did.

Dude I feel your pain ! But I've been following this board the last couple of weeks and unless you're the one trying to scam the book in question you're shit out of luck

Try putting, "Slutty Sorority Chicks Gangbanged; Pictures Inside", in the subject line. You'll hear from the Shrink in a few minutes if not sooner.

A month ago I found my balance at a book was 0 when it should of been just over 4k. I had played a lot of baseball there, but hadn't put in a bet in 2 months because of my cutting back on betting. Thankfully the book was able to go back and confirm my balance. Was unclear on how it was gone, but if you don't play at least weekly at a book, is a good idea to take screenshots of balances and occassionally check in on accounts.
