I'd take one of the older players. Ferguson is not a bad choice, but for consistently good WSOP performances, I'd take Barry Greenstein at anything above 150-1

so does anyone have a pick or are you just gonna worry about how much was wagered and what the odds should be?

If i had to pick 2 I'd say Harrington and Greenstien.

But 1005 sure an unknown will win it.

I really dont think any of the well known pros will make it.
Matasow because he's just dumb enough to get in there and play against the internet pros would have a shot but more than likely it will be say a Lee Watkinson or a David Pham type if any pro makes it that far..

Anybody see a number on Kevin Saul please let me know...thats the kind of guy who could make it thru this minefield.

Also as you know im sure they will be a 3 month delay between making the final table and playing the final table ...They wont play the finals till Oct i think.

Todd Brunson states in a recent interview he guarantees there will be collusion between the players with that long to wait before its played.
This tourny will either be the biggest thing for Poker since Moneymaker won it or it will be the end of it if a huge scandal gives it a blackeye...

i absolutely agree, just throwing this out there and putting a few dollars on some reasonable picks. i know the odds arent good even if they do look that way, this just makes it a bit more interesting for me.

couple years ago i had annie duke at 150-1 to be the last female player knocked out and i believe she was second or third to last of the females out so you never know.
