Thanks guys for the other reduced juice books, I will be leaving pinnacle, their customer service is just aweful. About two weeks ago a girl at pinnacle in the customer service dept. told me she was done talking to me and that I was costing them money.I said, "Thats fine, if you don't want my business there are other places to play ", she said, OK!
1-800-484-3333, Have fun, they will not help you and they say you must do everything by email and they just don't give a damn. In a word they are aweful, yes their lines are great but their employees are apathetic and rude! I have been playing there for years but I am leaving, I just wished they cared a little bit, oh well maybe some other book will appreciate my business.
I play at Blue Marlin Sports and have been there for years, they have the best customer service in the industry and a dime line.
I also currently play at Pinnacle, V-wager, and TCR. V-wagers baseball lines suck as do TCR's so I only play the bases at Blue Marlin and Pinnacle but I just can't take Pinnacle any longer, their customer service just sucks. They don't give a damn about their customers, well I should say the employees don't care, I am sure the owners do!
My input on Pinnacle, first they do pay, no doubt about that. I have never lost to them and have taken 4 payouts over the years, its been a grind, so maybe they are right not caring about me, I have never lost money to them and I clog up their system with multiple plays every night and I do mean every night. But their customer service just plain sucks, the emails are slow and cold and the phone calls are rude and callous. I will find another reduced juice book, I have it narrowd down to canbet and betworks.
