The lawyer for my will was shaking his head when he learned my heirs were individuals with names like BIGBET, WINKYDUCK, THE SHRINK, THE GENERAL, JJGOLD, PANTHER, ETC.,ETC,

Told him "just write the damn thing up and shut-up".

I have had one since I got married and had children about 20 years ago. Agree that everyone should have a will.

Might be nitpicking, but a "living will" is something entirely different than a will. A living will is a document that spells out your wishes in terms of artifical life support if you're terminally ill. A will says who gets what when you die.
