there as so many things sportsbooks could be doing that wouldnt even be considered 'innovative'

putting up the current halftime score of a game next to the 2nd half line would be a good star, as well as the time the game went to half.

Do you mean if you bet SAS -4, they payout would be higher if they win by 20 than it would if they win by 6?

NHL w/o shootouts
Lightning bets, some places call it Action Points. Where you get $x per point that you win or lose by. e.g, SAS -4, bet $100/point, they win by 17, you win $1300, they lose by 2, you lose $600. Presumably you could cap your win or loss with it a not to exceed number.
